April 2024 Public Hearing/Title VI Meeting

The next Title VI Indian Education Public Hearing - Parent Committee Meeting will be held in the Bokoshe School Library  April 12, 2024 at 3 pm. Parents of Native American students are encouraged to attend.  

This notice was posted April 9, 2024 on the door of the administration/high school office, 30201 Chickasaw, Bokoshe, Oklahoma.

CHOCTAW STAR PROGRAM

An incentive program for Choctaw members enrolled in grades 2 through 12 that rewards students for academic excellence and encourages success in the classroom.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Students must be enrolled in grades 2-12 and possess a Choctaw Nation tribal membership card.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply in the Chahta Achvffa member portal. Application Dates:

  • Jan. 1 – April 1 (for the previous Fall semester)
  • June 1 – Sept. 1 (for the previous Spring semester)

Incentives are given twice a year at the end of each semester for the following academic achievements:

  • All A’s: $50 gift card
  • All A’s and B’s: $25 gift card
  • Perfect Attendance: $25 gift card
